David, Done deal....no mercy? What kind of time factors are we looking at? How long did it take you to get your first set? What was the fee? When would requests made monday, reach the Transfer Agent? When does the broker call stock back, if it has been borrowed?.....before the certs get back?....or when the investor initiates the request? Bottom line....when will the first effects be felt......if many of these shares have been borrowed? I know you are looking at the BANY list. I don't think it is complete yet...as some of the names must be gone by now and I also think I have missed a few. I wonder if there may be a few lurkers out there who never felt comfortable with the list. If there are lurkers out there who are long BANY.....certed or not. Please E-Mail me with your count.
