Hey jdi; I asked Mr. McLeod that question two weeks ago, emphatically no. He said they would do a private financing. They want the money before the first. Probably not enough time to amend it anyway.

BTW Bearcat I think your notion about month end at Canadian brokerage houses can be filed under the heading urban myth.

With all this talk about Casino Rama I'm beginning to wonder if I'm hanging out with serious investors a bunch of wild eyed gamblers...I mean speculators<G>.

Later

Keith

jdi,

First of all, welcome as a new SI memnber. BEA has certainly increased SI membership.

When you visited the five sites I assume it was after they were shut in. How many of the five have Christmas tree valves on them? It would be interesting to know this or if they were cemented in.

In Ohio there are a lot of small oil and gas wells. They typically have a small fence aroung the well head. We actually have two gas wells like that within our small densly populated suburb. There is a lime stone formation under us that is very consistent for gas - just not prolific.

Thanks, Bob
