Alan Miller, I have been a lurker/poster on Stockhouse since June, 1997 (lately, only a lurker). I recognize your name. I am familiar with all the arguments in favor of KRY. It may surprise you to learn that I think KRY will be victorious in court. I just happen to think that the stock is already discounting a victory, and overpriced because the capital investment required to put LC into production makes it uneconomic at current gold prices. We are in a period where major mining companies are closing gold mines, not building and opening them. Regards, Gutman
