$1500 per user DOES seem prohibitively high. Especially when the Paradyne MVL will eventually end-user price around $150/user. Maybe these are introductory pricings: "..Consumer and small-office/home-office versions will be released in early 1999..." We shall hear more soon. It DOES seem to offer some needed functionality: "..Therefore, having several simultaneous connections on bundled phone lines will not reduce data speeds, which is a problem with asymmetric DSL, officials said..."
