Brad, My understanding from my broker (Waterhouse) is that you can sell at any time as long as you have the certificates in the broker's hands by the settlement date. Rick

Brad Sent an e-mail with the latest tally by my calculations. To all I think it is in the interest of simplicity to incorporate Brad's list and the Certathon list. The Certathon list has the individuals who are committing their certs next week and latest total is... 476,400 I'm gonna defer the updates to Brad. I'll continue hosting the Certathon and getting back with everyone in the next few days who has committed to ensure the cyberhandshake is genuine. By my calcs we need.... 84,600 more committed shares to reach 33% of the estimated float. Not bad for one fell swoop.
