August, Haven't a clue concerning Cohig & Associates. You'll have to wait for some local US readers to help you (us!) out there. I seem to recall that there was a lot of management/insider sell-offs last time $10 was reached, but I'm not sure. Breaking through the $10 mark is probably an important sign (IMO), but then my interest in the stock is more or less based on good advice from a co-follower of the stock, and not so much for my own research on the company.
