Thomas, I think RYO is far from dead. As other have said the stability of the bonds holders is encouraging and they might not be quite at the mercy of the vultures as the bond people might inject more as a better play then trying to sell the operation in default after months of inaction on the site. As they say this is a good bottom feed situation. If they win and gold goes back up along with copper RYO could make $10 one fine day? But who knows. Bill
