Yes, sorry for the confusion. It's just that I think many people don't really accept financials, audited or not, until those papers are filed with the SEC. When I used the word "financials" so loosely, I meant the FORM 10 filing .

As far as the pink sheet relegation, I have heard rumors that thatForm 10 requirement may be "grandfathered". It may only be applied to new companies or old companies will have a longer grace period...just rumor mind you The whole intent was to protect investors, but if they implement it on all companies as of a certain near term date, it will wind up hurting existing investors in non-reporting companies. In any event, the implementation date is getting bumped later into the year since it was originally slated for as early as February.

Brigham Young? One of the founders of the Mormon Church. They kinda, sorta run the state of Utah(kind of a divine exception to the 1st amendment of Mr. Madison's constitution). Anyway, that may be a reason the well can't run SEVEN days a week.

From my perspective, it's not so much the listing process that people are worried about as it is the uncertainty. I bet if they lost the suit and printed 25% more shares (off the cuff, doubt it's that %) to cover, that the stock would move. Resolution of the unknown would allow them to crank out reports. Everybody would be happy, even if there is still a slight loss for last quarter.

From talking to people on SI who follow small oil and gas companies as their primary investment interest, I have formed some more conclusions. This company is not hindered by being unknown. Nobody thinks the ventures are pipe dreams (small pun). There could be monster money pouring in, except for that pesky suit/reporting. When the plan comes together, listing will be like applying for a chicken fat license. Like poop through a goose.

An addendum to KZAP's post. The company still believes there's a short interest. They don't know who or why. I think they are somewhat incredulous. I'm not pouring my paper route fortune in yet either, but shorting it seems suicidal. Depending of course what price they shorted at. It could still be a factor as the smoke clears.

The Brigham Young reference is sort of local politics in Utah. I think BY, in an effort to get a university named after him, led the Mormons to Utah. It was also to escape persecution. Taxes weren't invented yet. Little known historical fact. After the Mormons saw Utah, they made Young marry three more wives, all in menopause. Strong men wept. A proverb was born "if you camp on a mesa, don't pee in the middle of the night". TG's reference was to the Mormon church's influence/stranglehold on Utah business and politics. They are the royal family there. If you an unbeliever, you gotta be selling holy water from the fountain of youth to get a peddler's permit. I don't know what connections Enviro had, but Utah wants that well bad.

All subject to change according to whim,
Mike

IMHO CSMA doesn't have as good of numbers as, of course, they
would like to put out. And, they know the current Qtr. has the
numbers they are satisfied with. Therefore, they have delayed
publishing them to show investors some positive news and numbers.

If, in fact, they are doing this, it's not all that bad. But,
we don't need to be protected like that. Even a loss, which is
expected, would still give us something to speculate on and have
to compare with the next Qtr's numbers.
I can't really say for sure, it's just another thought.
The claim is about a previous management person who has not
kept to their agreement. Which in turn has caused a delay in
reporting.

This cannot go on forever. Everyday we come closer to the day.
The news we do have, however, is great news! And when further
news comes, in regards to acceptance of the disposal well,
we will most defiantly see the price go up. That is a no brainer.
There too, when numbers start coming in on the LPSL, the price
will again continue to rise. IMHO

And don't forget. AdHaTTeRs is now profitable! And again, IMHO,
will out shine the expectations of the investors. Those little
air fresheners have a lot of potential, which, will not be
reached for quite sometime. Reason being, they are really just
getting started! I see continues growth for years to come!
The U.S. is a big place. Then there are other neighbors at least
we will be able to tap those markets.

Then there is the gas field. Which already has activity there.
This division of CSMA has been mostly overlooked. Due to the
fact that it is considered by most to just be a bonus. When
there is possibilities for it to become a major money maker in
the future. I guess oil and gas is not for everyone. But there
are a lot of tax advantages with oil and gas.

Those are my comments.
Happy investing!
