King Louie-Lou-I (Kingsmen) (g),
I like your sentiments regarding what Joe said and truly believe in them (sentiments) also. Family is so more important than financial gain. IMO, we have the best of both worlds (potentially). I just want to see everyone do well and I try my best to work to that end.
Remember when the "Beach Boys" sang---Aruba, Jamaica---Ouu I wanna' take ya' to Bermuda, Bahamas--come on pretty mama---Key Largo, Montego, etc.
Change the words- New Jersey, and Texas--Ouu I wanna' tell us'--it's in L.A. & Quisi--oh I feel so queasy!
BOTTOM LINE-- "We be goin' to Kokomo" (vbg)

KL,

Based on the revenue from the current divisions plus WorldPass and the latest Fla. acquisition (assuming my take on his Thursday trip was correct) plus at least 2 more acquisitions, then I believe my estimate of $75 million is right on. If Joe makes additional M&As beyond that then most definitely $100 million is not out of the question. IMO we will see hundreds of M&A's in the telecom industry this year. There are thousands of small telecom related business that will have to acquire or be acquired to achieve their full potential. As I stated before, Joe generally does not travel except in the final stages of an M&A. He will be in LA next week. This leads me to believe that DCI will soon have an office on the west coast, just MO of course. I will go out on a limb and predict that DCI this year will be involved in more M&A's than all previous M&A's combined.

Best Regards
