Milehigh, Big Bucks,

I work for a large fortune 100 company that utilizes a lot of temporary workers. I know for a fact that could easily be confusion over the exact number of Contract hires that are currently working. For example,

1) do you count everyone who has worked within the last week, month, or quarter.

2) do you count parttime help as 1/2 half of a body.

3) what about somebody who only works one day for a week. Do you count them?

This is simply the reality of the situation. The exact number of temporary workers is not all that important, but it is the amount of work that is getting done that is the key. IMO
