Tom,

The "Safe Harbor and Forward Looking Disclaimer contained in each release" is placed there to comply with the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 (see bccb.com for a discussion of this Act), and is not evidence that "there is a certain amount of BS in each and every announcement".

Regarding your second point, "Inevitability the larger competitors win the contracts", is probably largely true. And I hope so! If TASA were to get all $150 million of this business in the current fiscal year, it would probably cause a lot of problems for the Company... Five percent of the business would be great, and 2% would be more than adequate.

Re the TASA shareholders meeting - I am also hoping to attend, and I'm trying to arrange my schedule so that I can do this and cover some other bases on the same trip. I've suggested to TASA that they post a map on their web site to show how to get to their offices, and put up a few signs at critical locations. Most people think of Westchester County as fairly suburban, but northern Westchester is really out in the country.... TASA is on a gravel road (there are a lot of them up there...) and finding it is tricky.

Don't misinterpret my statements as negative comments about upper Westchester and Putnam Counties along the Connecticut border. It is neat up there and I'd love to live there again.

I will also write up something about shareholder meetings which I will post here, as well as on the TNL web site.
