Carole - I searched the bill and don't see hanging mentioned. I had hoped to have that amendment added. Do you really think the Gov's signature will affect the stock price? The passage has seemed inevitable for some time now. I would think anybody specifically awaiting that event to get off the fence, would have jumped already.

This is the local reference:
WHEREAS Section 'xr 19-6-108 of the Utah Code requires that the applicant also obtain approval from the local governmental entity within whose boundaries the site is located;
The way this went through the legislature, I guess they must have an OK at the local level.
