I have gotten hurt using rs in a correction. A stock having gone through the roof may still have a high rs after a nasty fall. For example, a stock which climbs 200% will still have a high rs after it drops to only a 100 % gain. A high rs but in a definite downtrend.
While I am always looking for a "more sure" way of investing, no one should think that the rs is a sure thing. All the semi's had high rs's before dropping 75%. Good luck.
