Thanks Warthog
After reviewing the contents I decided to order the book. Just what I had in mind.

I went to the NY office on 40 Wall Street NY a few weeks ago to see Ira and Firamada in action.

First of all I would like to say that the location of the company headquarters is quite impressive. Located right across from NYSE and in a Trump building. The people walking around that area are just full of power and/or money (I fit right in). Since I was early, I decided to get my shoes shined on the street and watch the everyday activities of people running around like chickens with their heads cut off, glad I work on Long Island, at least we DRIVE around like chickens with our heads cut off.

Anyway, when I walked in the building I asked the security guard what floor Firamada was on and without hesitation he said, 32, I like that considering there are probably 100's of tennants.

In the office I was greeted formally by the receptionist and then was shown to Ira's office. Ira was extremely friendly and acommadateing when it came to my questions and yes even lunch. The phones/fax were nonstop as Ira fielded everything that was thrown his way (Mets could use him) Sitting there you could see that Ira is in total control. When he tells a staff member to do something it gets done yesterday, otherwise Ira will let them know it wasn't done yet (ie: my mom). When he is not happy with something, he will tell you. But more importantly, when he is satisfied with something, HE ALSO TELLS YOU. I believe that is why the staff looks like they really like him.
I also walked away with the same feeling. I want him on my team, I would not want to play hard ball against him. Ira is a man who does not sugar coat anything. This is how it is - this is how it was - this is how it will be, thats Ira.

When I left the building (elvis?) I was impressed and very satisfied that Firamada was a well run company that wanted to expand into being a major force in the temp industry. I dont know of too many firms that would have given me this kind of respect not knowing if I had $100 in my check book or $1,000,000. The question was never asked as too how many shares I had/have.

As for the answers to my questions, most are now old news as I saw Ira a few weeks ago. I am very happy with this stock and wish the best for all invested here. WE HAVE A WINNER.
