Russell, Banyan has had an ongoing appeal to shareholders for many months...for them to please hold their shares in cert form. Every shareholder letter has mentioned it and I believe it is a very emotional issue for the company. There are other large block shareholders that have no association with SI and are obviously not on any list. I have no idea who they are or the size of their holdings....I just figure they are out there. I'm sure Banyan has every right to appeal to them in person, in writing, or on the phone to request their help. I don't know how successful they have been....but we have requested an update from the company.....and I believe we will see an update soon. As strange as this may seem....the CEO of BANY has not been sitting around watching the stock ticker during the last several weeks. I have called for him several times to find that he is in Florida or New York....or out on business. This is good. I would like him to be selling product instead of watching the stock. I have found that, with small companies, nothing happens without the CEO's go ahead....and I do believe that Yost has been working on other stuff that I hope will help the stock in other long term ways. I want BANY stock to go up and stay up...and then go up again....and again. Yost's job is to make it happen. OEM agreements....BANY just needs one...just one. BANY does not need a bunch of pressure right now about how they are going to help trigger a short squeeze. They need to do some deals and sell some hardcases. BANY must keep their eye on the prize.......and let the market take care of the stock. From what I have been able to pick up....this is what they are doing. bg
