I will also be selling calls in to this rally, as the premiums get richer. Selling puts is riskier as the whole thing could crash down again and ST, I'd own a lot of stock. NE and MDCO are good buy/writes, and I will try to find some others. CXIPY was a barnburner Friday!! Steve: I'am also thinking of selling calls this week for NE MDCO plus my others (RON FLC RIG DO RDC ESV). How do you select the best expiration month ? Do you normally sell the closest out-of-the money strike (like sell 45 if stock is 42)? I've got 1K-3K of each of these. Is open interest and volume a consideration when you want to sell 10 to 30 contracts ? TIA, John
