Lalit: Grandich is a newsletter writer and paid tout. He was paid by Kensington Resources (V.KRT) to put out a "strong buy" recommendation on their stock in his newsletter and to become the tout for the company. His "strong buy" was put out at $2.25. The stock immediately began to slide, and Grandich started chastizing shareholders on the KRT thread for wanting to know what the hell was going on. He would use such zingers as "Now I know why tigers eat their young" to insult KRT threaders he didn't like. After he had lost all respect from even the most ardent defenders of his on the thread, he claimed that a staff member of his stole his SI password and was faking his posts. This alleged person became known as Grandich's "evil twin." For a while, the KRT thread was the most entertaining on SI, unless you hapenned to be a KRT shareholder, because the stock went as low as 10 cents. Its rebounded a bit and I think its about 35 cents now.
