S.K.Werom 2,

"two wicked 18 hole golf courses" That's very good. In environmental geology this is often referred to as multiple-land-use solutions. Historically however, golf courses have been constructed over reclaimed garbage dumps, rather than over a ga-zillion dollars worth of PGMs. But if bad goes to worse, your novel idea would allow for plenty of sand traps and water holes. The only trouble I have with it is that at today's share price, it would take me a few hundred years to re-coop my money playing golf. Maybe we could also give away buckets full of special-PGM-dirt to the golfers. Then we could make the big money by selling them the Johnson/Lett PGM recovery process ;).
