Sorry, I don't know who Beverly Ann Evans is. Don't know if well is on Indian Territory either.

The obligatory "Community Comments" notification was posted in a local paper to solicit input for 30 days. That is all I know on that one.

Beverly Evans is the State Representative for the district that the well is in. I am not sure but if the well is on an Indian Reservation, I don't think the approvals would have gone through the State Legislature and the Governor.
