Buying Pyng out? Can't happen. At least not for a while. Jacobs holds majority which are held in escrow and by agreement with VSE cannot be released until company is making 9 cents a share revenue. Fantastic setup don't you think? Partnership? Very likely and I agree what that will do to the share price!

If what you heard last night and the source is credible then we could
possibly hear something in the very near future. I think and believe from all that has been happening with Pyng recently, that there has to be some more substantial news. We are at a very critical point I feel.
Even though I hear some saying that it would not happen very soon, the introduction of the FAST1 to the market is of utter importance. The sole reason being that the use of the device could mean an extension of life for someone. Importantly, who (people in high places) would not want this device if it means insurance for their president or prime minister. The possibilities are endless and far reaching. The practicality of the FAST1, gives strength to its credibility and as such the trials do not have to be that rigorous and extensive. Mr Jacobs gave a hint to this fact.
I had a discussion with a doctor about the details for such a device and how it means passing fluids through the bone marrow which in turn takes it to the the capillaries and then into the veins. My concern then was about the time it would take the fluids to reach the cells of the body to sustain their functions as compared with an intravenous procedure. He said ...."basically no difference".
All things said, how soon interests in Pyng by big entities remain only to be seen. I agree with you Byrne. I am not very knowledgeable in the fundamentals and analysis of the stock market ....but I like to think my rational views(????) make sense. There are too many things going on right now with Pyng and to be on the sidelines....well its everyone's right. If analysis, fundamentals, earnings etc. etc. are what makes a company worthwhile to invest in, then we would all be rich because we would only invest in sound companies that have these attributes.
Call it crap or garbage a person is entitled to his opinions. Its a free
world and these forums are here so we can express them. I cannot help but feel that every post is now examined under a microscope.
Happy investing!
