Christine, I can see that we are not going anywhere. Can I prevail upon you (not physically of course!) to be careful in deciding exactly what it is that you are willing to believe? Christine, I have been a frat brother (its a long story). I have seen it happen many times that a woman has sex she did not "want" but did not reject either. Once I witnessed sexual activity on top of a pool table which the woman very much regretted afterwards. I stood by waiting for a sign from her to intervene but it did not come. She was not drunk (though he was). What she wants to say about it afterwards is irrelevant. She could after all claim that he was a high ranking brother while she a lowly freshman and she was only trying to fit in... and on and on. The point is that if you have sex with someone because of his rank then that speaks badly for your own character Do you see that? It is entirely possible that you feel "prostituted" and used afterwards particularly if you do not get what you wanted (ie a boyfriend, praise, a higher rank) but that does not mean ASSAULT took place! These women may have gotten a raw deal but that does not make them victims. Please Christine focus your response on the specific issue I am addressing. Often your posts go along fine when all of a sudden there is a poison pill. You keep on saying that you believe assault took place. What makes you think that?
