Mr. Reece was a very late arrival to this play and brings with him heavy baggage. It still confounds me as to why he has yet to apply his noble principles to the Green Oasis mess he made

Since you believe that I created the GRNO situation the SEC, then I presume that you also believe that Riley and friends are responsible for RMIL's problems???

As for my activities, I no longer write a "newsletter", nor do I disemminate information derived from the company on the internet. I fully realize that it is incumbent upon that company's management to pull the company from the brink and re-establish credibility within the market for its stock. While supportive of the company, the rubber has now hit road and it must prove itself.

As far as I'm concerned, RMIL shareholders are still in denial and unwilling to make demands of company management. At least I felt fairly confident that GRNO was properly reflecting its total amount of shares outstanding. RMIL shareholders, unfortunately, lack this basic information in a documentable fashion. Total O/S shares is an imperative bit of information to know in order to assess the credibility of a short position.

I totally understand why Morgan/Breton do not wish to publicly address this issue. What I don't understand is why company shareholders are unwilling to make them do so. It all seems pretty basic to me and should be something the company would want to make known.

....Under ordinary circumstances.

Regards,

"The Central Scrutinizer"

Mr. Reece was a very late arrival to this play

Btw Bmart, another clear sign of your hypocrisy is your ability to accuse others of being arriving late while you only graced us with your appearance on March 17th. And of course, you are not shy about implying that I have an ulterior motive outside of what I have publicly stated here on this thread.

Seems to me that you should be classified as a RMIL REMF than merely a member of the audience observing from your comfy front row seat.

Do you have any official connections with RMIL or its officers??

And as for heroes going into seclusion, I would suggest, to borrow a well weathered cliche, that one mans marxist revolutionary is another man's freedom fighter. It all depends on your perspective.

All I am concerned about is mangerial accountability. Management obviously led Cartel leaders to believe there existed a substantial short position in this stock but have been unwilling to publicly verify the data upon which they based this claim. Riley took the "ball" an ran with it, not realizing that their was a chance he was being used as a patsy.

It is amazing that the sock-puppets for RMIL management would be so shy about making sure the company gave them the ammunition upon which to base their struggle.

I, for one, will be GREATLY INTERESTED in reviewing any future company filings, should they ever emerge, in order to scrutinize how what has been claimed jibes with the company's actual status.

In sum, I would LOVE to see RMIL put a rabbit out of the hat and make all of their shareholders very wealthy. But so long as they remain silent and refuse to discuss what their status is, I can only presume that the situation is more ominous than has been privately discussed via telephone.

Regards,

Ron

>>I can, with reasonably good conscious, deduce that you are conducting yourself in a manner that would appear very suspicious. I am not a detective, but I would think you would be considered the #1 suspect in this mystery.<<

Please do go on, can you explain these remarks?

suspicious ? #1 suspect ? Ron should get his due? Riley and Pugs are heroes ? Now just whooooooooo might you be, hmmmmmmm?

How long have you been sitting in your "very comfortable front row seat"? Have you been around since the start of the OVIS thread. Did you get in as OVIS was quickly climbing? Were you in when the slide bagan? Were you here when trading halted? Were you here when the conspiracy theories were flying? How about when the entire thread was talking $300/share or more real soon (back in September)? For clarification, just exactly when did you start following this thread?

If anybody is suspect, it has to be you my friend. "Why", you ask. Because, you have jumped in late, and are immediately pounding the bears. You base all of your conclusions on a phone call to RMIL. You are attcking one of the bear who has not been accused of being a shill for Mork. You have absolutely no suspicions about Riley and Co, or RMIL. Despite that FACT that a lot of people are sitting here holding worthless paper. If in fact you are a new fan of RMIL and non-shareholder (both of which I strongly doubt) how can you be so smug, and in your face? Do you have any idea what the majority of RMIL share holders are dealing with currently. Well, let me tell you. We have shares in a company whose trading has been suspended, who has given misleading information about its assets. Who has not informed shareholders of current status of company (i.e. press releases). In short, we are holding paper of a dead company. Riley is either in dep denial, or in bed with the criminals at RMIL.

It is not possible that an outsider could walk into this thread, and be so strongly biased against RMIL bears, in light of the real facts surrounding this case. Your profile says you have been a visitor since March 17. Hmmm. You are not an SI member. You have not possibly had time to read and study all 60,000+ posts. I suspect that you are a well known figure on this thread, who has come in under an alias, and is acting like a newbie. Hmm. I wonder who you are? Pugs? Riley? Angel? Nice try, hombre.

RE: Now, back to our play!

Our play? To quote you, "I only wish I was a few years younger and had the risk tolerance to participate in this venture." My friend, a lot of us own RMIL, and are very concerned with the turn of events. You have just slipped your tongue, and suggested that you do in fact own shares. Hmmm. Is it a coincidence that you jump in and attack the person who is pressing share holders to demand an accounting from RMIL mgmnt? I alos could not help bbut notice that you are selling RMIL on other threads. Let's see, are you RIley, Pugs, Morgan? One thing is for sure, you are not an innocent poster who just dropped by. Game is over.
