Mark, A couple of quick comments. I think you are wrong about the purpose of the buyback and dividend. It was not to try and boost the price of the stock, but to bring attention to the stock. How many BB stocks offer and dividend and follow through on a buyback? Not too many! In other words, these are being used to open new "eyes". As the filings are made showing the shares ARE being bought back, new acquisitions announced, and the earnings start rolling in those "eyes" will turn into owners. Just sit back, enjoy the show, and let Joe and the boys do their stuff. Good Luck, DAVE
