DGIV: Digitcom has new contracts under way:DGIV

I urge you to look at DGIV or Digitcom stock.

This stock has been on a nice little run with no sign of ending anytime soon.

The sector: Internet Telephony

Imagine making International Calls and Interstate Calls for a mere fraction of what you are paying now. All from the use of your regular phone -no hardware/software required. -just your everyday phone.

Compare this to a Vocaltec where you need a computer to do so. The entire world doesn't have computers, but the entire world has phones.

Welcome to Digitcom (DGIV).

The Outstanding Shares are 17.2 million, Restricted 11.2 million, leaving a float of 6 million.

They are currently buying back 1.5 million shares which would decrease the above listed outstanding shares by this amount. (15.7 mil OS)

This stock has been largely accumulated in the past few days, so why buy now at this level?

Because the float has been snatched up in a large way in the past week.

DGIV has a confirmed, signed contract with a European telephony group
for a minimum of $1 million in telephone calls per MONTH to pass through DGIV's hands. That's a lot of money. $12 million per year (minimum).

The CEO is in Indonesia this moment signing contracts referred to in their 1/20 news release. Because of this, people aren't selling, they are waiting for his return home.

Max Time Frame? 7-10 days from now. IR says by the end of this month.

Also, Digitcom has their story highlighted in a paid article for the first time ever in Investor's Business Daily today (Monday's edition is out on the newsstands). Its on section A22. So there is a large audience reading that over the weekend.

There should be 2 more paid articles coming up like that this week in the IBD.

Look at an FTEL to compare the two companies. Both have about the same number of shares. FTEL trades between $3.50 and $4.50. DGIV has international contracts and agreements, FTEL does not.

DGIV trades at $1.18 - $1.25

Great Story, Great Company, Great Sector, Great Float, Great Price to buy in.

Visit the SI msg board on DGIV for more info. Very informative.

Good Trading!

-DavidCG
