Hi Tommy, I live in Ontario so I would get the package. Also the SEDAR document indicates that shareholders in non-qualifing areas would get the information package just to keep them informed. (And incidentally hype the stock!!)

The only excuse for this is perhaps an attempt by management to force all the action to take place immediately prior to the first and not allow the stock to drift down on lack of news.

Let me try to clarify that, had the letter, info package etc, gone out immediately say early March we might have seen a quick runnup in share prices to prices above the exercise price. And then during the rest of the month, due to no news the price might have drifted down to leave the rights out of the money. That would be a pretty exotic
planning but not out of line with typical market reaction times. We will see if any action develops next week.
