it's prob treated as a cash dividend....i.e. under dividend income

or calculate if it was a cap gain over the amount the original fractional shares would have been worth... then put it on sched D...

but since it's reported on 1099B....make sure you report it wherever your totals need to match totals reported (via 1099b) to irs... that's the important thing.
