HerbVic,

Not to worry about Apple stock since there will be an obvious scenario
to be played as the proxy votes near. BOD won't let the cooked ducks
fly away if putting in Chinese idiom, which means BOD will protect
their pays to best keep the stock above $23.65, and as the price
drives higher, they will compensate more on their half-an-year non-income from
the difference between market price and $23.65. At least, they could
push Jobs to take the CEO position by Tuesday, or select the one who
has been identified privately within the insiders. Not many BOD are
as rich as Jobs and Ellison. Besides, they have to eat.
