Hi Bob, I think your theory on the control of this project may be correct then again it may not be. Right now with this news blackout it's just guessing and theorizing, and this is when I go back to the fundamentals and still realize that we are in good position. As for MIQ spreading their resources around and Kinross taking control of the project, I recall when the deal was first inked in November...when I spoke to Speros he said that MIQ's geologist would be working with Kinross's team during the drilling program. I don't have in my notes how many person's this was in total, but I believe that MIQ's team has not just left everything to Kinross to do. While the spending of the 7 million is certainly in Kinross' ball park, MIQ has some very knowledgable and familiar geologist's with the Carlin Trend and the Railroad Property. I highly doubt this knowledge and experience would not be used by Kinross to move this project along. Essentially, I believe MIQ is right in there, perhaps not making the final decision (I don't know) but assisting to a large extent. As for Agora travelling with MIQ to meet Kinross, again I find your post very speculative. Obviously Agora wants to meet and be introduced to the big player in this deal and get their first hand feel on the project, but MIQ is who pay's Agora and they are still the one's who provide Agora with the information they can disseminate on the net. How do you know that they didn't get all the information for a good post, perhaps they have enough but there is additional news coming. As Gary has said, no news, could certainly be good news while they prepare or finalize it...whatever it is? You also said, "So this places us, MIQ shareholders, in the situation where we are looking for information at the wrong address. First hand information will be coming from Kinross and later, or hopefully at the same time will be reprinted by MIQ news channel." Contradictory to this statement is the announcement of the deal, which was done by MIQ and then (according to a stockhouse post) was reprinted verbatum by Kinross and released on their wire. With the president of MIQ doing all the quoting. While I agree with you that Kinross has the final and all encompassing say, I also believe that MIQ is well in the game plan and they know what is going on. I'll speculate on this news blackout being additional news of some kind coming out, but as to what it is, I could probably post 10 guesses and still be wrong. I will say that I don't think it's a Venezualan Politician questioning the rights of MIQ :-) Sorry, had to get that one out, I hope the KRY boyz have plenty of Tums. However, I do think we will eventually find out why the hold on additional news for a short period. I have seen this before and it's usually neutral or good news. If the stock was halted for 30 days with a hold on news then I would be concerned. Norman you said: "However, first they hire a pr firm (which I did not agree with) than they impose a news blackout. It seems they are changing horses in mid-river." I in turn am pleased with the work that Agora has done to date in getting us information, which they can and are allowed to disseminate. Just because they hired a PR firm, doesn't mean we will know every detail that is going on especially the big news or sensitive issues, which I believe this is with all news being held back at this point. Something's up, we'll find out in due time and until then I'm going to keep waiting and watching the battle on the KRY threads. Overall, the Kinross deal, the gold window, the property as a whole and the money is now in place...so the fundamentals are still there. All I want now is drills drilling, gold going north and better promotion ( meaning out in the brokerage community, not with the average shareholders, basically those people that can really move this stock). Where did I put that jeanie with my three wishes!!! It's nice to see the thread jumpin' lately, keep up the good posts. Bob, have you looked at the maps on the new web-site...what are your thoughts...any analysis points of view? Brandon
