Joe, I appreciate you providing this bit of intelligence on what caused some of the high volume days in Jan. and then where some of the selling came from in Feb./March. The question of why we have seen so much selling seems to be the primary concern for many shareholders and by replacing educated guesses with some factual explanations should help alleviate those concerns. Thanks for taking your personal time over a weekend to answer questions and inform your shareholders where possible.

Sincerely, James Alton

Joe,

"a group who brought us an acquisition --was professionally buying
ahead of it----when we shot the acquisition down they unprofessionally sold out in late February and early March---just
another piece of intel----not a complete answer".

Please clarify this. I know I am slow but I don't get it. I will take a stab and please correct the errors:

1) Group A brings company XXX to DCTC as a possible acquisition for DCTC.

2) Group A buys DCTC in advance(weren't they going to get DCTC shares in the deal anyway)???? If any prebuying takes place, I would think group A illegally buys company XXX thinking it will fetch more than it should.

3) DCTC says no to the deal so Group A sells their DCTC shares that they prebought????

This really makes no sense to me and I fear that folks here will use it as a rationalization for the selling. Please explain as it would be GREAT if this is another piece of the selling puzzle.

Keep up the great work! I know this thread is causing you more than you need with all of the other stuff going on. I want to once again make sure you know your efforts are appreciated, so THANK YOU.

Thanks Mr. Murphy. That was bigger than my Merck dividend is. But then I own a few more DCTC shares. I for one greatly appreciate your efforts.
