Also very good braised, and then baked with breadcrumbs, cheese, and butter. Always excellent with seafood, and, as you suggest, a welcome addition to the traditional "Greek salad".

I must say, though, taht a brief web search under "Satan" and "cooking" yielded nothing of interest. A real disappointment, and a puzzle, as I am given to understand that Satanism has penetrated every corner of our society by now.

"Satan" and "food" was not much more interesting. But do see this:

flickerful

you have made me hungry!

while I am a good cook
my husband is Irish

and likes

potatoes
fresh steamed vegetables
and rhubarb crisp
with vanilla ice cream
and more potatoes

my daughter does not like fish
and no one will eat shrimp but me

but we all like goat cheese
so there is still hope

your food sounds so creative
you are lucky to eat that way
please keep giving us ideas
