MONTECHRISTO: I think the payout was for marketing rights regarding Taxi Fleet Management software. I see that as a positive not a negative IF they get it to market

I think the shares are CHEAP still. (Naturally I would say that due to the fact I am now holding 202,000+/- ... all of which I got under .40.)

My concern at this time about Wireless is they have not shown me management or marketing experience in the Fleet Management arena. What I have seen is dedication to their product and stick-to-it-tiv-ness! This may be enough to make them profitable in the nitch they are in but limited in the "long haul" potential.

Redi-Mix, Con-Ag and Taxi fleets represent a very narrow volume potential IF they are successful. I have had a number of discussions with the principal managers and have suggested they add a recognized market segment manager in Fleet Management systems.

By this I mean someone who is on a 'first name basis' with the American Trucking Association (ATA), the Truck Maintenance Council (TMC), the National Private Truck Council (NPTC) and EVERY over the road carrier in the USA.

I am sending my Market Segment Managers (engineering) out to their California facility for 2 days of deligence work next week. We are trying to determine if their product is a potential player in over the road (long-haul), package delivery (local) and rental fleet (as an embedded product).

MONTECHRISTO: I finally tracked down the shares that you commented on (8-K). They seem to have been used to hire a new director of marketing outfit (contract basis) from Alabama. Seems to be pretty big house and known in the area as a strategic/policy house.

I do not see much experience here in "fleet management" but my experience has been that when you ramp up like they are obviously doing, they need strategic planners first -- then the door knockers.

I was advised by Mike M. (CEO) today that we will be seeing a business plan soon.

He also stated that the large ($2M+) sale that has been rumored is near close. If he is real, it could be within the next week or two.

All be advised that I am interested in their new CDPD MDT as a front end to a piece of technology (PCMCIA) I am developing. Not a big deal yet --- mostly as a development tool for me but at least it would make it possible to discuss the technology with some authority!
