This is good news. Lower amortization (to the tune of about $1.6 million/year), a $10 million cash influx into XECM, and NO DILUTION. Thirty-five thousand sign-ups as of now is also good news. Let's keep our fingers crossed that LEC status is granted soon. Also, it's my hunch (I have nothing to base it on other than insticts) that Dal's "projected" revenue for XECOM at $2 million will be under the mark. First of all, with SEC filings due in 10 days, revenues cannot possibly still be "projected"; someone at the company has to know the exact numbers or else the accountants can't do their work. It is my hope as a XECOM shareholder that Dal is setting us up for a pleasant surprise--somewhere between $2.2 million and $2.5 million. Again, I have nothing to base this on other than a gut feeling.

Anyone know of reasons to believe this stock to be an outright loser with no hope of "making it"? If you do, please layout you opinion in straightforward, factual English. Thanks in advance. TJS
