Again read something interesting:

If you have a lot of money (really a lot), you buy a big block of ASND and then buy a large amount of in-the-money puts. Now you keep selling the big block of ASND you bought and draw out other big sellers or many small sellers (like us, small individual investors). That would drive down the stock price significantly and then sell the puts, which would have appreciated in value alot already. Big players are probably doing this on a daily basis.
