Doug

It is nice to see an appropriate post here for a change. Between the cheerleading and the bashing, it has been a tedious effort to find any substance.

I share the view that there is little risk to the business. The risk to the value of the shares, of course, is a different matter. I believe that has pretty well shaken itself out as well, although $10 or $11 wouldn't surprise me the way things have been going.

But I suspect buying shares at $13 for one's grandchild would not be considered a sign of dementia when viewed from the perspective of the year 2001 or so.

David

All of this means nothing if there are red beans mixed in with the black and white ones. Where do these TADaddy's come from?

If no client accounts for more than 10% of TADaddy bidness, there must be well over 100 companies using them so just name the top five and you will pass the quiz. Mr Pink has already given you one.

Remember, there was almost $25 million in Actrade Capital revenue for the last 6mos. We've just got to make these numbers work, we've just got to...

Yes, you are right on the money. Also, look at the clean balance sheet. Actrade could liquidate all of its assets within 120 days and have 99% cash.

One question to ask is what causes a company to trade above
book value. Why does GreenTree Financial or Microsoft trade at multiples to book?
