You're right. I definitely can't catch fraudulent accounting. I'm not even assured of catching mistakes in non-fraudulent accounting, but I'll try anyway.

So you admit that FIBR's CEO has run this company into the ground?

No, he's run past companies into the ground.

In regards to your statements about the floorless convertibles, I currently belong to a group of people who search each day for these convertible offerings over the SEC filings. From my observation of the ones we've located, the shorting doesn't begin to drive the price down until after the S-3 is filed. It normally has to do with the terms of the agreement. If the converters aren't allowed to convert for 6 months, they probably won't begin shorting right away, ya know?
Maybe I'll check into this a little more.
