The web page touts a "proprietary Wireless Internet Access System."

But the company's original S-1 registration statement says: "The Company has no material proprietary technology or software. As a result, there are no technological or patent barriers to entry by other companies into the Company's areas of endeavor."

Are we to understand that MEME has developed a proprietary technology since its original registration?
