Again thank you all should print. Sending copy to Cal State Teachers Retirement System. They made billions in the 80's were cash during crash. Anyone know how to buy hard Gold and Silver in an IRA??

Pardon my ignorance, but as a new holder of TAVA, I have read most of the thread and its links and my question is: Would there also be a play in replacement of imbedded chips ie chip Manufacturers? My impression is that each embedded chip with wrong date coding would need replacing or just re-programming?
