I want to ask this board what I asked Yahoo board - if the NOVL lawsuits are successful, does anyone have an estimate of the financial implications or penalties that Novell would have to pay out? Would Novell the corporation even be penalized (as opposed to the actual mentioned persons)? I have heard so much about these lawsuits but I have not heard anyone ask this question or have it answered. Don't know why no one is curious about this answer.

There has been a lot of fear mongering about these lawsuits but if the penalties are but a couple million $, then throw these lawsuits out as serious factors in manipulating influencing stock price.
