Jerry, The known truth that they are in default is the hard fact floating down the stream(of time) to intercept them at the default day. If they say they are not in default the day before they are and the press reports it and it spreads with assorted time delays(latency) the denial and the fact and the admission will all coexist at the same time in various press media. This makes for max confusion and I think it was a strategic maneuver. After all when she said it they were not in default. Then she says they are. Bill
