Not to mention when your neighbor tells you to only invest in stocks with high PE's because of better price performance. I'm outta here!

I see these things and totally agree. Yet the market pushes the DOW to 9000. What about l0,000 as predicted? We're going into the summer, and you KNOW the market always sits tight all summer. So. What do you think about investing in the summer.? Money made til April, lulls through summer, so far it has seemed that way to me watching it. Interesting to be able to play these recurring cycles like the pros. Is any of this actually true?
