Ken:

This w/e Barrons's has coverage on SIEB and comments from M. Siebert as well suggesting that the stock is extremely overvalued - M.S. could suggest neither a present or future business reason for the stock's valuation. The article suggested that $10 would be fair value. That said, the article also noted that there are some 5.2 M shares outstanding, Ms. Seibert holds 5 M, and Fri some 155 K traded. Assuming you could get some to short, how long could you hang on before your brokerage asked for their return? And what would the price be? Think I'll stand aside on this one, thanks any way.
