Alexa the subject is long and that is why I kept a narrow focus on assault. I was hoping to get Christine to admit that in this issue she took sides in a rush. If you ask me whether trying to prevent a story from blowing over is a problem I will say that there are many shades there. At one level it is spin control and well within bounds but if they pressured or bribed anyone to lie under oath then that's a problem. It is not clear what is being alleged here because the grand jury proceedings have not been focused in any reasonable sense. I really do not know what to make out of things from the info available at present. Do you have a specifi obstruction of justice in mind? Part of the problem I see is the total lack of discipline as to what the issues involved really are.
