Alan, Jesus said Himself when He was in His ministry that they (the Jewish people) would say the old is good enough and they would not want the new. He knew that from the beginning. He said the honored guests have not come to the banquet so go out and get everyone else and they will come. And they did. I am just repeating what happened. It was always God's intention for salvation to be to all men. Paul wrote that a partial hardening occurred so that we could enter in also. It's God's work and we cannot criticize it. The truth is the Jewish people have suffered much for their role that God gave them in bringing Jesus to the whole world. The remnant that is saved has a special place (the 144,000) in heaven with the Lord. The rest of us are saved and there is no distinction between us. I am as jewish as you Alan in the kingdom of heaven. We are the same. Born again. That is the new nation of God, the body of Christ. We belong to Christ, that is our label now. Nothing else. But you already know that is what I believe so let's leave it at that. The frustration of this struggle isn't helping anyone. I wish you and Nancy the best.
