Each unit consists of one share and one warrant to acquire an additional share for two years from the date of closing at $0.88 in the first year and $1.01 in the second. The proceeds will be used to bring the F.A.S.T. 1 system to market. ====================================================================== Private placement increased to $375,000 [This increase seems incongruous with what Mr. Jacobs said here on Dec 21 - "Yes we can get the job done on this amount as we already have some funds available and this will top up the till so that production tooling can be completed".] Pyng Technologies Corp PYT Shares issued 7,550,356 Dec 19 close $1.06 Tue 23 Dec 97 News Release Mr Michael Jacobs reports The size of the company's private placement has increased from 284,091 units at $0.88 for proceeds of $250,000 to 426,136 units at $0.88 for proceeds of $375,000. All other terms of the placement remain the same. Proceeds will be used to bring the F.A.S.T.
