Been away a few days, but I am intrigued by the predictions of the mailman, that wonderfully speculative "I can't tell you why I think so, but gosh, isn't it exciting to believe me?" This regarding the thought that the financing deal will be consummated in early April. In this case, however, he may have stumbled upon the truth. If there is a deal consummated, he is probably correct. The company has until the end of March to file its 10-K for the year. At this time, the books will have to have been fully audited ( oh shoot, I almost forgot they haven't released audited numbers yet, have they??).

I would certainly think these numbers would be required by any potential saviors. Maybe it is the fact that these numbers are being compiled and reviewed behind the scenes that is weakening the stock?? In any event, the TP group could always use the "final audited" numbers as an excuse to back out gracefully. Tick tick tick tick. Have a nice day.
