Mr. Mitchell, if you can show that any of the FACTS in my last post are not true please feel free to do so.

1. If you contest that ALYD's huge revenue growth between 1996 and 1997 hasn't resulted in even MORE loses... Then please enlighten us.

2. I have never taken a company belly up either, as Gruder has, but I have been a professional trader/investor in the market for over 15 years and have a lot more experience in the marketplace than both you and Bob combined. Bob's Reg.S deals prove his experience.

3. With the current # of employees, are you saying that ALYD is done "ramping up" ? Or is this "ramping up" excuse going to be used well into 1998 when, as your fearless leader has said, ALYD plans to be up to 500 people. Please tell us how ALYD is going to add approx. 60% more employees in a market which has been described as "a bidding war" for resources, without substantially increasing overhead ?

4. I don't think linking to the Charlotte Business Journal or to YOUR posts where your were busy covering for Gruder... would be considered "linking" to my own posts.

5. If I show the facts then maybe it will be looked at and compared to the "friendly spin" you put on everything.

Notice you could not contradict the facts in my post so you decide to post a personal attack ... what else is new

I guess I shouldn't make "flippant" remarks.
