<< You should send an email to Herb Greenberg at TSC. If you don't know him, he's a journalist with a frequent barb in his editorials >> Yes, I am aware of Herb Greenberg. He was the one who got me to look at COMS creative accounting practices. << Plus TSC I would think would be very interested in something of this nature. So, if nothing else, you may get some additional publicity, people supporting you, plus some advice on how to procede >> I think most publications won't publish anything negative about Osicom for fear of being sued. Most organizations probably think it's just not worth the hassle to get into a legal tangle over such a small little company. Also, there have been plenty of negative stories written in the past, so they probably figure they would just be "piling on". << I think that one of the main reasons TSC would listen to your case is that, even though you yet have a few things to learn about courtesy and respect >> I'm open to constructive criticism. Just exactly how have I been discourteous or disrespectful? << I'd rather hear different opinions than my own, even if with poor diplomacy, than be in a cheering squad. >> I get the feeling your referring to me again. How was I not diplomatic? I would like to see examples, and if you do provide examples, I will be happy to provide examples of where the longs were taunting me first. Remember when I first came on this thread I was told that "shorts will lose", that I was "trying to spook" investors into selling, I was "looking to get hurt", I was "desperate", I was "obsessed" and I continually "knocked" the stock without saying anything nice. I was told that if I didn't like COMS I should go find some other stock and thread that I did like and I should just leave. I was told that I was "captivated" by COMS, that I was "grasping at straws", etc. Other shorts along with me were taunted just because some on this thread wanted to bury their head in the sand and silence COMS detractors. Those people brought it on themselves because I'm not the type of guy that will walk away from a challenge and the longs were quite interested in doing just that. The name-calling and verbal quarrels built from there.
