I'm worried about it if the rest of the market is. As far as oil prices go, I'm hoping for a slackening of El Nino as well as a possible remedy which can be found in the following.

Not exactly. While debt increases, so do revenues. With DBCO acquisition, revenues would be somewhere in the $800M range, roughly 8X debt levels.
