HI teevee; I know the rts were issued to raise money . But if they can't release any news how do they expect investor to exercise them at these prices.Don't you find it odd that the rts are being bought at .01 when the share price is .60 or under,not a very smart investing unless you know something . It would be cheaper just to buy the stock. I'm just guessing that needing to raise money so quickly BEA/STF would not have gambled on a possible failure of the rts leaving no time to raise money with a pp. gamer

teevee, I share your opinion that the rights were issued with the expectation that NEARLY ALL would be exercised. Sure hope they are. Scouting report from this afternoon as follows: BKP 12-35 well: Service rig on site was tripping tubing out of hole. Testing equipment on site,not rigged in. Wireline truck on site. No stimulation equipment on site. If stimulation is required, the actual production test is not likely to start till Wed or Thurs, IMHO. Shell 13-21 well: Production test equipment rigged in and propane pilot light burning in flare stack. Nowsco on site with pumper, tanker and coiled tubing unit. Independent tanker also on site (Load Fluid?). There might be cleanup flows late Sun and/or Mon a.m. but actual production test is unlikely to start before Wed a.m. I again got stuck turning around at this lease but the "boys" were quite helpful and pushed me out.
