Laurens, I can't recall ever getting a response from support@datek.com either, but broker@datek.com, fundsin@datek.com and fundsout@datek.com have got me responses to specific enquiries which relate to issues described by the names. There is no doubt that Datek's handling of general email leaves a lot to be desired and that email advices of trades are very sporadic. It may be that much of their ouward email is getting lost.

Peter can you comment please? I am trying to be helpful not critical, but if you have people answered email that never gets out of your system then I think that you should know about it. Only one in four (my estimate) automated email reponses about completed trades ever arrives and just occasionally I get a confirmation days or even weeks after the event..
